I know what it feels like to be exhausted and still pushing through.

Anxious all the time. Always hitting a wall. Always in survival mode. Doing everything I was supposed to do and still going in circles.

I tried everything. The meditation. The journaling. The yoga. The therapy. And they helped for a little while. But nothing reached the place where I actually carried it.

What changed everything for me wasn't doing more. It was learning how to let my body feel safe again.

That discovery led me through every layer of this work.

I became a certified yoga teacher — where I discovered that movement is medicine, not performance.

I trained in somatic healing — where I learned to give my nervous system the signal it was actually asking for.

I became a Reiki Master — where I reached the energetic layer that everything else was opening the door to.

And I became a spiritual life coach — where I learned to go beneath the behavior to the belief underneath.

I built Regulate, Release, Reclaim because I needed every layer of this for myself first.

FAQ

Do I need any experience to attend?

None at all. This was built for the woman who is brand new to this work. All you need is somewhere comfortable to sit and 75 minutes for yourself.

What if I can't make it live?

Register anyway. A recording is sent to every registrant within 48 hours. You'll have it to return to whenever you're ready.

Which session should I choose?

Whichever one fits your schedule. Tuesday at 6:30pm is perfect if you want to decompress after your workday. Wednesday at noon is your lunch break given back to yourself. Thursday at 7pm is for letting the week go before the weekend. All three cover the same foundation with a different felt experience.

Can I attend more than one session?

Yes — and I actually encourage it. Each session has a different practice so you leave with a full toolkit by the end of the month.

What do I need to have with me?

Just yourself. Comfortable clothes if you want. A blanket if it's evening. You can be at your desk, on your couch, or lying on your bed. There is no right setup.

What is somatic healing?

Somatic just means body-based. Instead of trying to think or talk your way through stress and anxiety — somatic practices give your body direct physical signals that tell your nervous system it's safe to come down. No experience needed. You just follow along.
